We will try to fix it ourselves by putting some superglue on a Q-tip and running it under the gold wiring to see if that will secure it. The gold frame is actually 2 pieces together (2 1/2 board sizes). Quality could be improved by getting this into a one piece grid, as the seam line is obvious.
