Musician: Irina has been shown to be able to play the piano at a concert-performer level with ease while still being able to draw people's attention through minuscule body movements. While the students later take a quiz, Karma steals Koro-sensei's special gelato to get his attention, shooting him with an unloaded gun to catch him off guard. However, she reiterates to Tadaomi Karasuma that the students' plan is sure to fail, and that she will step in to do the deed at that moment.

He proposes that the two attempt a mock assassination of Tadaomi Karasuma for Irina to prove her worth, which all individuals agree to.She instead proposes that they help her come up with a plan to kill Korosensei and share the reward between them until a student throws an eraser at the blackboard, telling her to "get out". The students notice the sweater she recently bought still had the size label, which Nagisa Shiota removes without her noticing. At the school trip to Kyoto, she is berated by Tadaomi Karasuma for not dressing properly as a teacher, leaving her depressed and the students to comment that perhaps living the high life as an assassin made her out of touch of knowing a normal life.

The story is about class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Middle School, where every morning they greet their teacher with a massive firing squad. In the manga, nobody recognized her because she dyed her hair green, so it begs the question how nobody in the movie recognized her. This makes Koro-sensei absolutely furious, even though he (and Nagisa, for that matter) escapes unscathed.The students of Class 3-E prepare for a field trip to Kyoto, which is also being used as a venue to assassinate Koro-sensei. Then it's solidified when it's revealed that he's really Yanagisawa, the Mad Scientist who transformed Koro-Sensei from a human into what he now is, making him responsible for the whole series in the first place. However, Koro-sensei manages to save Karma use his tentacles as a giant spiderweb, leading Karma to accept Koro-sensei as a teacher.
