Samyang decided to up the ante on the original noodles and produced this nuclear version of hot chicken flavored ramen.

You’ll also notice that the type of noodle for this flavour is actually the same as the ones used in the Carbonara flavour. The cheese came in the form of powder, and is meant to be mixed with the spicy sauce to form a sort of creamy consistency.

It features a spice level that’s on the lower end of the spectrum, even lower than their original Carbonara noodles. Also, eating spicy noodles cold kinda confused my taste buds a little, and this lacked the hot kick that I love.The packet came with little dried vegetable pieces too, but as most of them are, they were a little pathetic and frankly not nutritional at all. Yes, the carbonara sauce mellows down the spice levels, but trust me when I say that it still gets those taste buds firing. What I particularly love about the Carbonara is the subtle creamy flavour that’s balanced out by the spicy sauce.

In a small bowl, combine your egg yolks with parmesan, black pepper, and your two packets of Samyang Ramen seasoning.
